  Great value, new apartment, so very smart. 24 security on reception. Tram stop almost outside, get into centre in 10 minutes. Nice and quiet.
  
  What could be improved: No real negatives, if being picky, the view wasn't great as building work is going on put the window.

  What could be improved: The fact that the property collects a deposit of 200 euro – in cash. It doesn't say so on booking page, this info only appears AFTER the payment for the stay itself, which is non-refundable. So it kind of forces you to agree to these terms, you lose your money otherwise. I wouldn't exactly call this approach fair.

  Apartment was on the 13th floor, not in ground floor, but it had a beautiful view on the park. Very clean and well equipped.

  Very spacious (even for 2 people), very clean, it even had a washing machine and an iron plus everything you need in the kitchen

  It was just outside the city ( 30 min walk to main station or 10 min tram) . The appartment had everything you needed to have a good stay and there is even a little shop next to the entrance to get a few bits. It's modern and there is even a communal roof terrace. There is a big mall just a 20 Min walk with cinema around that area is some great restaurants
  
  What could be improved: Needed a bit more ventilation ( but it was 38 degrees and a fan was available in room) . So this was me being picky

  Convenient location, some nice coffees and shops around, plenty of parks to walk around; clean and well equipped apartments, relatively quiet so great for weekend stay.
