    New, very comfort facility. Private parking place in the garage. Locations close to tram 17 for travelling to old city (10 minuts walk to station).
    There were all kitchen armenities and oil, salt, peper etc, which is not always the case. I also found some beer in the fridge and I drink it, I hope it was part of welcome gift. If not, sorry, but leaving the beer unguarded in Prague….

    Comfy flat with everything you need inside.
    Very clean, and calm.
    Private parking place too.
    So far, the best quality / price place we have stayed in Prague.
    I highly recommend the place.

    A very nice, big and modern apartment! I met with the owners, they gave me the keys, a tour and explained everything. Excellent and safe parking in the underground locked garage. Great public transport connections: we bought 72h tickets in the official app. The bus station is 100m away, and any of the 3 bus lines can take you to the tram station (900m away) and from there the tram takes you to the city center.

    Majitel byl velice milý a vstřícný. Na všem se s ním dalo domluvit, posouvali jsme si čas příjezdu i odjezdu, super parkování, vše bezpečné, krásné čisté a pohodlné.

    Чудова квартира в новобудові, Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Поруч автобусна зупинка.
    Були навіть чай, кава, цукор, спеції. Також було неочікувано і приємно в холодильнику побачити пиво, воду, вершки, батончик.
    На всі 100 % відповідає опису. Рекомендую)

    Єдиним незначним мінусом є те, що немає безконтактного заселення і виселення. Потрібно наперед домовлятися з власником, в якій годині забрати і віддати ключі
