Apart Hotel Susa Overview
Honestly, Apart Hotel Susa surprised me – and I mean that in the best way possible. You know how sometimes you book a place based on location and price, then cross your fingers? Well, this turned out to be one of those happy accidents where everything just clicks. The building sits on Jana Masaryka, which puts you right in Vinohrady – this lovely residential area that locals actually live in, not just another tourist zone with overpriced schnitzel joints every ten meters.
The apartment setup is what really sold me on this place. Instead of cramming into a tiny hotel room, you get actual space to spread out – a proper kitchenette where you can brew decent coffee (there’s a Tesco just around the corner if you need supplies), and enough room that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of your travel companion. The furnishing is clean and modern without trying too hard to be Instagram-worthy, if that makes sense. I actually appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with the design – sometimes you just want a comfortable bed and a place to dump your stuff after walking around Prague all day. Speaking of walking, you’re maybe fifteen minutes on foot to Wenceslas Square, but honestly, I found myself hanging out in the neighborhood more than I expected. There’s this great little park nearby, and the whole area has that authentic Prague vibe without the crowds of tour groups.
What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night – Vinohrady isn’t exactly a party district, so you can actually sleep with the windows open during summer months. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. They gave me actual recommendations for places to eat nearby (there’s this wine bar called Bokovka that’s absolutely worth finding), and when I had questions about getting to the airport, they knew the metro connections off the top of their heads. Look, it’s not luxury – it’s a solid 3-star place that knows what it is and does it well. The 8.3 rating makes total sense when you factor in the value you’re getting. You’re paying for location, space, and that rare thing in travel: no unpleasant surprises. If you’re the type who’d rather spend money on experiences than fancy hotel amenities you’ll barely use, this place gets it right.

What could be improved: The breakfast could've been better but for the price we paid we couldn't complain.Great stay for family with kids. – Gina from Australia – 4 May 2025 (9/10)
Great space for a family, quiet rooms, no noice from other rooms which we love. Nice breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking available but a bit tight which is normal in this location (Prague 2). Highly recommend
What could be improved: A bit noisy from the main street but again, this is Prague 2 and is a bit busier, but not too bad. Other than that, very happy with our staySpacious room and good location – Arif from Finland – 5 April 2025 (9/10)
The room was spacious and had decent furniture. The bathroom had a shower and a bath-tub, I really enjoyed having two options. The most important thing is that the room, bathroom and the kitchenette was very clean when I arrived. The breakfast is served in a small hall and there were enough options. Location was excellent to me because the area was calm compared to the more central parts of Prague, however, the old town is still at walking distance from the hotel.
What could be improved: The shower heads in the bathroom were not the best and could be replaced with new ones. However, they still work and did not really affect my comfort.Superb – Khn from Finland – 26 February 2025 (9/10)
Nice and spacious. Good location close to metro and shops. Breakfast was alright, somewhat standard but better than average.
What could be improved: Floor felt a bit dusty. Elevator was quite small and old.Superb – Ski from United States – 25 January 2025 (9/10)
Bath.
What could be improved: No microwaveVery warm and spacious room. – Olga from Ukraine – 19 January 2025 (9/10)
The room was very spacious, warm, and no noise from the outside. Great location, just 13 min away from central bust station.
What could be improved: I would like to have real butter for breakfast, but not spread. Also there is no coffee machine. But, it did not affect our stay :).Very good – Ruslan from Poland – 27 December 2024 (8/10)
Very spacious apartment, convenient location relative to public transport stops (tram and subway), quiet area, availability of elevator, private parking
What could be improved: Diluted liquid soap, only 3 disposable shampoos for 3 persons for 2 days, untidiness in the room (torn tulle, loose bathroom door handle, uncleaned drain in the bathroom)
