Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Anyday Apartments on Sokolská, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you, and this little spot genuinely caught me off guard in the best way.
The thing about Sokolská 9 is that it sits in this sweet spot where you’re actually living like a local rather than being stuck in some touristy bubble. I mean, you’ve got the main drag of Wenceslas Square maybe a 10-minute walk away, but you’re tucked into this quieter residential stretch where there’s a proper Czech pub on the corner (the kind where old guys nurse beers and argue about football) and a little grocery store that stays open late. The apartment setup works really well here – honestly, after a few days of museum-hopping and castle-climbing, having your own kitchen and some space to spread out feels like luxury, even if the furniture is more IKEA than boutique hotel.
What really sold me on this place was the attention to small stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has decent water pressure (trust me, this isn’t always a given in Prague’s older buildings), and – this might sound weird – but the windows actually block out street noise pretty well. I stayed here during spring when Prague gets absolutely mobbed with tourists, and while you can hear some trams rumbling by, it’s not the kind of thing that’ll keep you up at night. The building itself has that classic Prague character without being falling-apart charming, if you know what I mean. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – none of that awkward key-handoff-at-a-random-café situation you sometimes get with apartment rentals. They’ve got it sorted with proper reception hours, though I’d definitely recommend confirming your arrival time ahead of schedule.
The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be something it’s not – no fancy lobby or concierge service – but it delivers on the basics really well and then adds these thoughtful touches that show someone actually thinks about what travelers need. The location gives you that authentic Prague neighborhood feel while keeping you close enough to all the must-see stuff that you’re not spending half your budget on trams and taxis. Honestly, for the price point and the experience you get, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel pretty smug about your booking skills.

Mrs Ewa was very helpful and also nice
Satisfactory stay in Prague – Aliye from Turkey – 20 July 2025 (9/10)
Rooms were looking at the back yard so it was very quiet, rooms were clean, there were enough supplies in the kitchen to prepare your own meal, location was good, just a short distance walking to the metro station, also walking distance to lots of landmarks, staff was friendly
What could be improved: Toilet separate form bathroom and too small for a normal person to fit in
Weather was hot and the air conditioner on the floor was too loud, need for a more effective air conditioner for summertimes
Except this everything was okSuperb – Morten from Denmark – 15 July 2025 (9/10)
Very nice staff
What could be improved: Noisy airconditionVery good – Ulas59 from Germany – 7 July 2025 (10/10)
It's close the center of city and available safe parking place. We really like it and I'd like to stay again in this apart.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff. Good location
What could be improved: Staff could have explained about the terms and conditions before as we ended up paying some penaltiesThe perfect stay when visiting Prague and close to everything – Se from Netherlands – 14 June 2025 (9/10)
The location was perfect! Close enough to town that we could walk (about 25 minutes at a relaxed pace) or take the tram (stop was 5 minutes walking to the hotel). The room was also perfect, beds were comfortable, everything was quite good. We loved Prague and will definitely be coming back, for sure at Anyday Apartments!!!
Exceptional – Giricac from Serbia – 14 June 2025 (10/10)
A family of three stayed in Prague for 3 days. The location was excellent, about ten minutes from the center, major sights, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. There was a rich buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The provided parking in the courtyard was well worth the price. I recommend these apartments for longer stays in Prague as well. We will definitely choose these apartments for our next visit to Prague.
It was a good experience for the first time in Prague due to Anyday apartments. – Tadevosyan from Armenia – 19 May 2025 (10/10)
It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable.
What could be improved: My room was looking at the street and sometimes it was noisy for a sleeping baby.Faultless Stay in Prague – Iain from United Kingdom – 3 April 2025 (10/10)
Great location, easy check in even late at night. The five bed apartment is huge, plenty of storage for everyone and a fully stocked kitchen. Towels restocked and beds made up every day, and for the price you'd struggle to get a nicer hotel or better location. Breakfast also available which makes some mornings easier.
What could be improved: Large single pillows on the bed may not be for everyone but the beds were still comfortable. Otherwise, can't fault anything else.Everything was great. – Dimitrije from Serbia – 1 March 2025 (10/10)
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Anyday Apartments, everything was great and I can truly recommend this place.
