  There was a mix up with my apartment when I got there but was given the same type of apartment one floor above. The next day I was offered my originally booked apartment. The host Natali was very apologetic and reliable in her communication with me. Both apartments I stayed in were very clean and in good condition. The area is great. You have a bus connection that takes you to the airport within 45 minutes, you have a tram 7 minutes walk away that brings you everywhere in the city centre. Theres a great shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. I felt safe in the property. The kitched was well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom in apartment number 5 needs some renovation/modernisation. Nothing else to mention.

  Location is very good! There is a restraunt just just 10min walking to get the place with shopping, eating, buses.

  The location is very convenient — close to tram stations, the underground, and a Lidl supermarket. A big shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The area is quiet, yet still close to the city centre. The flat was clean and equipped with everything you need’d even for a long stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable — it felt like home.

  The apartment has an incredible location. It's not a touristy area, so it's really quiet, but it is very conveniently located close to the city centre. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus from the airport, a 5 minute walk to the trams to different parts of Prague, 2 minute walk to Lidl and 5 minutes to a big shopping centre. The administration staff was helpful with directions and local tips and quick with their answers. Petr left detailed instructions to everything. It was easy to find keys and there are luggage lockers available even before check in and after check out. The kitchen unit in the room comes with everything you might need, including coffee, tea and sugar. The beds are extremely comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. There was also a balcony in our room, which was great.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great – there was a small problem with the sink when we checked in, and it was immediately resolved by the administration staff.
