Very spacious, clean and very near from the center

What could be improved: The pillows and i suggest to add carpets to make it more cozy

Apartmán je na skvělém místě kousek od Václavského náměstí. Je velmi prostorný, dobře vybavení, opravdu velmi prostorný.

What could be improved: Bohužel se dá špatně pořádně vyvětrat a trochu byla cítit plíseň.

Die Lage war super. Perfekt alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Loft ist außergewöhnlich und sehr großzügig.

What could be improved: Die ca. 100 Lichtschalter sind schwer zu bedienen und nicht verständlich. Das Loft hat wenige Fenster sodass es immer dunkel ist und man nicht weiß ob Tag oder Nacht ist. Leider riecht es aufgrund des Gewölbes etwas muffig.

Amazing place! Just stunning! A very special experience! Big space, nice bath tubs, good beds.

What could be improved: There are several very loud ventilations running in several places and it is really hard to relax or sleep with the constant noise. It should be possible to turn them off at night!

The sauna is a total rip-off 😞 The owner wants 40€ per 3h, which is just completely wrong! He argues with the electrical bill, but the sauna uses 2-4€ of power maximum! I think he made a calculation error. The sauna has to be included in the price. Otherwise it should be removed from the list of amenities of the apartment. This annoyance influenced my opinion about the apartment greatly. I was really looking forward to using the sauna, but I refuse to be ripped off.

There is no washing machine in the apartment.

It is quite dark and many of the lights where broken. It would need some additional powerful warm(!) lights to make it more accommodating.

The wifi is very bad. Please buy better wifi routers!

Please tell people that parking on the street is free on the weekend and electric cars park for free all the time! I wasted 110€ for a parking garage because I did not know that.

At the prime location. Huge (but weird) apartment. A cute little cafe and a convenient store next doors.

What could be improved: Where do I start…the owner presents himself very accommodating and thoughtful until the date of your stay approaches. I had asked him if he had a washing machine and a drier in the apartment in advance, and he confirmed it. As I checked in, which he had changed the instructions many times, and eventually I had to pick up the key at a grocery store next door, I found no washing machine or drier. After many trials to get a hold of him, he finally responded that he taped a key to a laundry room on the apartment door! There is no laundry facility IN the apartment as he had presented in the Booking.com site and you have to go to an outside facility to do it. As I unlocked and opened the door of the laundry room, there was a lady working in it!
came to find out it was a laundry room for the whole apartment complex, and she had no idea why I was there. Evidently the owner never explained what was going on. She told me that I could only use the machine after 7:00 at night. This whole time, the owner was a total AWOL. OH, let me add that the apartment does not come with any instructions for the appliances, sauna, or thermostat which specifications of those are totally foreign to me. In addition, the apartment was dirty with cobwebs, dishes and utensils were greasy (washed them before using)Never will I recommend this place at all.

Optisch sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Alles sehenswerte in Prag ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist stets nett und angagiert. Im Endeffekt bleibt ein Positiver Eindruck.

What could be improved: Teilweise nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Besitzer Antwortet erst nach mehrmaligem Anruf. Auch bei Stromausfall sitzt man etwas länger im dunkeln, da kaum Tageslicht in die Wohnung fällt. Ein Parkplatz ist nur mit Glück in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden.
