Aaron Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Aaron on Krizikova street, you might wonder if you’ve got the right address — it’s honestly more understated than flashy. This three-star property doesn’t try to wow you with marble lobbies or dramatic lighting, but there’s something refreshingly genuine about the place. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which tells you everything about how they run things here. The welcoming atmosphere extends throughout the property, creating an environment where guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about staying in this part of Prague — you’re close enough to everything that matters without being stuck in the tourist chaos of Old Town. Karlín district has this perfect mix of local cafes and easy tram connections, and couples consistently rate the location highly at 9.4 out of 10. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes, but more importantly, you’ll discover neighborhood spots that most visitors never find. The parking situation is actually sorted here too, which is a bigger deal in Prague than you might think. The surrounding area offers authentic Czech experiences with traditional pubs and local markets within easy walking distance.
The Room Experience
My room was clean and functional without any unnecessary frills. The beds are comfortable enough that you’ll actually sleep well, and the bathrooms work properly — sometimes that’s all you really need after a long day exploring the city. What struck me was how quiet everything stays, even though you’re on a fairly busy street. The windows do their job, and the heating works consistently, which matters more in Prague than you’d expect. Each room features modern amenities including reliable Wi-Fi, flat-screen television, and adequate storage space for extended stays.
What Sets It Apart
You know what’s interesting about Aaron? The repeat guest phenomenon is genuinely real — I met people at breakfast who’d been coming back for years. There’s a regular from Germany who books the same week every spring, and a couple from Italy who’ve stayed here four times. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident at a three-star property. The staff mentioned they recognize about 30% of their guests as returning visitors, which is quite remarkable. This personal touch creates a sense of community that larger hotels simply cannot replicate, making each stay feel like returning to a familiar place.
Why Guests Love It
It comes down to this — Aaron delivers exactly what it promises without trying to be something it’s not. The location score of 9.4 reflects genuine value; you can actually live like a local while staying here. You’ll find yourself grabbing coffee at the corner bakery and taking the tram like you belong in the neighborhood. For the price point, you’re getting solid value and genuine hospitality in one of Prague’s best-rated areas. The best travel experiences often happen at places that focus on getting the basics absolutely right, and Aaron understands this philosophy perfectly. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this property provides the foundation for memorable Prague experiences.
To book a hotel in Prague during the famous Easter Market season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and architecture lovers from around the world.

Clean, great location, okay breakfast
What could be improved: The check in desk is not really 24 hours, I had to wait outside for 10 minutes at night so someone would let me inGood service for the money, wonderful breakfast! – Kaljoedworkin from Hungary – 12 June 2025 (8/10)
Thank you very much for the early breakfast in the box. At the end the shower was also cleaned as I requested, the breakfast is fabulous.
I’ll strongly consider staying in your Pension next time I’m in Prague, thank you!
What could be improved: It should be somewhat more clean, but it is still ok. Reception shall learn English, no one speaks and that's not convenient.Superb – Roman from Czech Republic – 14 May 2025 (9/10)
Very friendly staff, nice and clean hotel with very good breakfest.
Very good hotel – George from Georgia – 29 April 2025 (9/10)
I booked the cheapest room and they gave me the family one. It was huge, almost like an appartement. Breakfast was great and nice outside courtyard to drink coffee.
What could be improved: My friend accidentally booked 3 nights instead of 2. They didn’t allow to cancel that third night or get refunded, nor a discount.Superb – Thanisorn from United Kingdom – 28 April 2025 (9/10)
Good breakfast and the room is clean. Location is central.
What could be improved: A shower hose holder would be a plusVery pleasent stay – Anita from Serbia – 13 January 2025 (9/10)
It was pleasure and calm stay. Breakfast, location.
Its good place for short stay. I recommend it.
What could be improved: Stairs, older furniture should be changed in future.
It would be great to have rubber flip flops in room.A super comfortable stay in Prague – Aria from Iran – 27 November 2024 (9/10)
The room was super clean and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was clean. The breakfast they offered was amazing and included different dishes. Staff were super friendly from the beginning. The location is perfect, very close to Krizikova metro and tram station, with easy access to the city center through metro line B and tram line 12. It was also a great value for money. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying there again in my next trip to Prague.
Good place but charge extra money without letting me know – Ondrej from Czech Republic – 11 November 2024 (8/10)
Location. Cheap for the service.
What could be improved: They charges mi more than Booking says. They say because of current EUR to CZK ration. But it was too high for that.Superb – Yevhen from Poland – 10 November 2024 (9/10)
good location, quick check-in, neighborhood is nice, but a bit far walking to the city center, better to use metro, the station is nearby. We were staying with a dog, for additional payment (but not too expensive). Breakfast is ok, no complaints. Parking from the apartment was not available due to some external reasons, so we left a car on a street, parking is free on a weekend, so we just paid for a few hours on Friday, near 350 CZK.
Very good – Simona from Spain – 17 October 2024 (8/10)
