  The area is very quiet, also I really liked the thick curtains, which let us sleep longer if we were coming late. Also, I liked that the room had a kettle, however it looked quite cheap, since every time we were heating it, it smelled with a plastic
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast was fine, but quite expensive for such simple things as toasts, yoghurts and cereal. The only worthen thing was coffee, but everything else can be bought in a supermarket thrice cheaper 🙂

  We had a lovely stay at A.V.E. Pension. The room with bathroom was modern, clean and neat. Host Eva was very friendly and helpful. Weekend in Prague went amazingly from each pub to restaurant to coffe shop.
  
  What could be improved: It was all great. Inspite being winter in Prague, and low light everywhere, the room was very light and airy.

  Eva was very nice and understanding (we forgot to bring the amount in cash but she arranged for us to make a bank transfer because of bad money exchange rates). she was caring and everything was very nice. the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, and big. the location is very nice. we really enjoyed our stay

  What could be improved: Its bit far from the Prague Central and Old town and the room doesn't have a fan and thus can get bit stuffy and hot in summer.

  A very nice and clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, very friendly owner and good location, just few mins from metro Kobylisy! It has everything I needed for my 2-night stay 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Tips for the home owner: if you intend to enter your guest's room to empty the bin or to fix the towel, let them know in advance and ask if it's okay with them. My stay was just for 2 nights (Fri-Sun). On Saturday morning I left to do bits and bobs and got back in early afternoon to found out the owner let herself into my room without my knowledge. That's a big NO-NO.
  Also, the city tax is additional 50Kc for 1 night. There is no note about it on the website.
