The central location by the tram stop offers the advantage of quick access to the heart of Prague. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, making it very convenient for guests.

What could be improved: The flat is spacious, which is a plus for a larger group. However, it only has one bathroom, which can be a challenge for eight people. Noise from the tram outside can be disruptive, so light sleepers may want to take that into consideration. The dining area features a small table with only six chairs, which may not accommodate everyone comfortably. Additionally, the billiard table and other furnishings feel quite dated and could use some refreshing.
Please note that there is no lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be difficult, especially for those with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
The key must be picked up from a hotel located about a 10-minute walk away, which requires some planning if you’re also trying to arrange parking. Overall, while the space has potential, some updates and improvements would enhance the experience.

Really spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Nice balcony.

What could be improved: Shower rail was broken. Pool cues didn’t have tips so couldn’t play pool properly. Only minor gripes really.

Property was amazing, very big for all 7 of us , spotlessly clean … only downside was the stairs to the apartment, we did know about this but we was with a few 75 year olds who thought they was fitter so struggled with them . The host could have not been any nicer always answering any questions we had. Amazing place and an awesome city .definitely would recommend.

Location was great, home was clean and comfy. it is perfect for group of friends. House has everything you will need, host is attentive, answers immediately.

Cool apartment, everything you need for a group of friends. A big bonus is, of course, billiards and home cinema. The rest rooms are very cozy, the beds are large. Several toilets, there is even a cute children's room. The kitchen is equipped with everything, there is a dishwasher, a stereo system, a spa (we didn’t use it, but it was there).
Do not hesitate to book this apartment, everyone writes about the elevator - this is a problem in many old houses in Prague. Sport - is life.
We were warned not to make noise in the evening. This created some paranoia, because we like to sit in the evenings, chat, play billiards. We were worried, but calmly played quietly and listened to music - there were no problems with that. Respect all residents.

What could be improved: It’s 3rd floor with no elevator, so wear a fit bit 😀

It was very good , cleaned, located in centre.

What could be improved: Very high floor, not good for family if you have someone old,
Not good if you have too many bags, because there is no elevator.
