  All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. We did not have to wait at the check-in time and Riya (Reception staff) was helping us with all the information required. Hotel has high standards of cleanliness and they have the best staff.

  Comfortable spacious family room with big bathroom.
  Good breakfast.
  Hotel is located near the border of the central area in a quiet street, but in a walking distance from the center (close to Wenceslas square).
  
  What could be improved: A bit more light would make the rooms more comfortable (smaller room definitely requires more ambient light besides near-bed lamps and one ceiling lamp).

  An affordable hotel, located within the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The lift needs to refurbished/repaired. Everytime I got in the lift, it scared me as I had a little one with me.
  I would have used the stairs, however, I was carrying a stroller which is why I had to use the lift.

  Our second stay at this hotel. Great location, 10min walk from the city center, polite staff, automatic park system in the hotel garage. Very clean, great breakfast. Everything excellent!

  The staff was exceptional especially Dominique, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely return to this hotel, which also had the best breakfast of our whole trip.
